To become a member of the NextGen H.Y.P.E. Foundation, applicants must:

  7. Pass a background check if serving in a role that involves direct supervision or mentoring of youth.
  8. Protect the privacy and confidentiality of youth, families, volunteers, and other members.
  9. Comply with all local, state, and federal laws while participating in Foundation activities.
  10. Pay membership dues, if applicable, as established by the Board of Directors.
